The One Patient Record Wave 2 go-live date is scheduled for January 25th, 2025
Project Vision: One Patient Record will enable real-time decision-making using clinical, financial, and operational data to create a single health journey for our patients.
One Patient Record is a multiyear journey that consists of ambulatory and acute facilities adopting Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) as our EHR platform. Its main goal is to establish one patient record system across all of Munson Healthcare, allowing staff to make informed decisions in real time.
