PerfectServe is the umbrella solution for two applications: Telmediq (paging) and Lightning Bolt (on-call scheduling).

  • Telmediq has replaced both Spok Mobile and SmartWeb for paging/texting/mass messaging.
  • Lightning Bolt has replaced both SmartWeb and Qgenda for on-call scheduling.
